Web Application of E-Shop

The thesis includes a design and an implementation of the complex web application of electronic shop. The developed system unites warehouse management, Internet shop and single-entry bookkeeping. It enables common and consignment sale and extension of the customers' section with translations into foreign languages. The implemented system satisfied the acceptance tests of a certain company and is ready for its immediate introduction into practice.
Realization of e-commerce in an internet environment

Paper is created for small company named Tritone who runs the brick and mortar business (next only shop) in a small town. The owner of the firm would like to extend his business activity on new markets (open an e-shop) and find more customers who are interested in skateboarding equipment. Commercial Zoner inShop 3 and open source Zen Cart e-shop solutions were compared. As more suitable product is classified Zoner inShop 3 mainly because of its administrator do not have to know HTML language and is provided in Czech language with a technical support. Finally on Zoner inShop 3 ground has been e-shop established. For e-shop administration PC located in shop is needed. For this purpose desktop computer with suitable software had been chosen. In addition economic software Pohoda Jazz has to be installed on computer in order to keep goods in electronic database. A part of the work is economical analysis of the project with revenue estimation.
Business plan to establish e-shop and a store with nutrition for athletes.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate whether the business plan for the establishment of the e-shop and the store is viable and economically sustainable. E-shop and store will deal with the sale of nutrition for athletes, especially food for expeditions. In the theoretical part is presented the essence of the business plan. It is followed by the practical part where the product is summarized, the competitors and suppliers are analyzed, the company's foundations and structure are presented, the goals and visions of the company are presented, followed by marketing, financial plan, risk analysis with SWOT analysis. At the end is everything evaluated.

Implementation of an information system for a store

Zavedení informačního systému pro obchod This thesis deals with the selection of the information system and compare sets of software solutions covering different areas versus implementation of ERP. Thesis brings process and the election of a comprehensive e-business solutions, accounting software, loyalty program, customer care and storage software for small stores. The first part focuses on the definition of basic concepts such as information systems, ERP and other important concepts necessary for this work. This part of thesis continues to describe information needs, collect and catalog of requirements for small stores. In the last chapters of the first part of the thesis conditions and specific areas of expertise, which is important for companies and the subsequent assessment of economic return. The second part is practically focused on store (boutique) Gentleport and online store www.gentleport.cz. The method of analysis of documents, observation and interviews with management defines the expected reality, needs analysis and requirements for trade. This section is also devoted attention to the description of appropriate systems - a set of independent software compared to implementation of ERP. The third part focuses on the selection of a supplier that meets the requirements of an information system for online store and store Gentleport. The final part focuses on the evaluation of the chosen solution. This section confirms or refutes the hypothesis given at the beginning.
The comparison of a traditional shop and an e-shop

The aim of thesis is to evaluate in the same steps of the shopping procedure whether the trade, either traditional or electronic, can get the same level of customer support in the implementation of the buying process. To achieve this goal a set of criteria has been prepared, by which the selected traditional shop and e-shop are assessed and compared. The first and the second part of the thesis focus on the characteristics of the traditional and electronic trade, the procedure of shopping in both and the support requirements in this procedure. These requirements are based on usability, accessibility and other aspects related to the shopping procedure. The third part explains the method of evaluating transactions in accordance with the criteria and an assessment and comparison of the selected store and e-shop carried out subsequently. In the conclusion the suggested recommendations based on the recorded results for each trade are indicated. These could lead to a better level of customer support in the implementation of the buying process in that particular store.
